自制蜜点无花果蛋糕方法

 
 


Ingredients 材料:

※1/4 cup butter
1/4碗黄油
※ 1 cup white sugar
1碗白糖
 ※1 egg
1个鸡蛋
 ※2 cups all-purpose flour
2碗中筋粉
 ※1/2 teaspoon salt
半勺盐
 ※2 teaspoons baking powder
2勺发酵粉
 ※1 cup evaporated milk
1杯淡炼乳
※ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
一勺香草精
 ※1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4勺杏仁香精
 ※1 cup chopped fresh figs
1碗切碎的蜜点无花果(做蛋糕使用)
 ※1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 碗红糖
 ※1/4 cup water
1/4 杯水   
 ※2 cups chopped fresh figs
2碗切碎的蜜点无花果(做陷儿使用)
 ※1 tablespoon lemon juice
1大勺柠檬汁

Directions 制作方法
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray two 8-inch round cake pans with vegetable oil spray.
将烤箱预热到175度。在两个八寸的烤盘上涂上植物油。

2.In a medium bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
将面粉,盐和发酵法混合过筛后放入一个中碗里,备用。

3.In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Add flour mixture alternately with the evaporated milk. 
在一个大碗里,将黄油和砂糖搅拌至松软,加入鸡蛋继续搅拌。交替加入步骤一的面粉混合物和淡炼乳。
 
4.Fold in vanilla and almond extracts and chopped figs.
加入香草精,杏仁香精及切碎的无花果。
 
5.Divide into two prepared 8 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry.
把制作好的面粉团分两半放在八寸烤盘。175度烘烤30分钟,或者你可以用牙签插入蛋糕里看中间是否干了了,干了即可。
6.To make the filling: In a saucepan, combine 2 cups figs, brown sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 
20 minutes. Spread thinly between layers of cake and on top.
做陷儿:在一个平底锅中,放入2碗蜜点无花果,红糖,水和柠檬汁,煮至沸腾。开小火煮至浓稠,大约20分钟。涂在蛋糕层上,切块即可食用。
